Bloom Where You're Planted

Motherhood can be hard. Some of us became mothers after years of trying. Some of us became mothers unexpectedly. Some became mothers through adoption. Some of us stay home with our kids. Some work outside the home. No matter how we became mothers or how we choose to mother, it can be hard.

When we’re buried in laundry and dishes and dirty diapers, motherhood can feel monotonous, tedious, and like we’re not accomplishing much. However, we must remember that this is where God has planted us for this season, that motherhood is an important responsibility given to us by God, and that we are shaping an entire future generation.

Therefore, let’s not grow weary in doing good, but let’s encourage one another to bloom where God has planted us in this season of motherhood.
