▢ I understand that all online forms, mail-in forms, checklists, and instructions must have the “2019” title attached to be valid. No documents from previous years will be accepted.
▢ I understand that I must be an active CMEA member through June 20, 2019 for my students to participate in the CEASC Rehearsal and Concert event on January 26, 2019.
