MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
62 years of age or older
DeKalb County Resident
Exhibit independence and the ability for taking care of one’s own personal care. Participants must be able to communicate their needs, feed, toilet, medicate, ambulate and engage independently.
MEMBERSHIP FEE
The annual membership fee is $60. Some programs may require an additional fee for supplies or instruction costs. Those fees are due at the start of the program.

Review the Welcome Packet and complete the Membership Forms. Welcome Packet and Membership Forms are only available at the CDSC Front Desk.
Pay the $60.00 annual membership fee. Checks and Credit/Debit cards are accepted.
American Express is not accepted at this time.
