Associate Professor, Pratt Institute School of Information

Craig M. MacDonald is an associate professor in the School of Information at Pratt Institute where he developed and coordinates the Master of Science in Information Experience Design and User Experience (UX) advanced certificate programs. He earned a Ph.D. in Information Studies and Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) from Drexel University. His research focuses on strengthening UX practices and improving HCI/UX education, with a specific focus on libraries, archives, and cultural heritage institutions.
