Welcome to the Controlled Digital Lending Implementers home page.
A small group of organizers, who we're calling the CDLI Secretariat, is managing CDLI during its early stages to set meeting agendas, organize meetings and facilitate this list. Live discussions are held on a monthly basis, usually from 3 - 4:30 PM ET on a Wednesday. Meeting dates and topics are announced via email.

This group will be open to all who are interested in implementing Controlled Digital Lending (CDL) tools or techniques for your organization. This includes commercial and non-commercial entities. We will not limit participation, but we hope all participants will be forthcoming in sharing your respective plans and questions so that we may learn from each other to the fullest extent possible.
Conversations will be publicly available on the web via this list. Please do not post anything you wish to keep confidential.
We aim to create an inclusive community and expect members to always demonstrate respect for each other. This list should not be used for other purposes than those outlined above or moderators will intervene.
If at any point you no longer wish to be a part of this group, unsubscribe links will be available in our email footer.
The focus of this group is on CDL *implementation* discussions. We expect to speak to other issues that surround how CDL is implemented, including policy decisions and copyright, but this group's primary focus is to aid those implementing or planning to implement CDL technologies. Participants are expected to already have basic knowledge of CDL, and to either have implementation plans or to be considering implementing CDL. You are welcome to use the cdl-implementers@googlegroups.com email list to ask questions and share information related to CDL implementation. Dates and registration links for the monthly CDLI forums are announced on this list.
