If transporting children- vehicle insurance showing you transport children for your home daycare.
If you have weapons in your home, they must be locked away from children and the ammunition must be stored and locked separate from weapons.
Environment is ready for T&C to review and present to Program Director
Contract is ready for families to sign upon enrollment
Daily Schedule is visible and ready for families and children
Lending Locker visit for necessary supplies
Fire Extinguisher is ready with monthly check form
BOTH Freezer and Refrigerator have thermometers
Parent Board is up and clearly visible to visitors and families
Back Up Provider has been identified
Emergency written plan is posted
Primary and Secondary evacuations are shown using two separate colors for identification
Parent sign-in and sign out is clearly identified (binger, folder, clipboard, etc.)
