Powered entirely by local volunteers, the CD3 DFL organizes and builds community across Minnesota’s 3rd Congressional District. We proudly represent over 30 vibrant suburban communities, from Anoka and Brooklyn Park down to Bloomington, Eden Prairie, and the Lake Minnetonka area.
