Applying to CCUW*iP
At CCUW*iP 2027, we aim to make the conference as accessible and inclusive as possible by keeping delegate fees low. To ensure we can continue offering this level of support, we have a limited number of delegate spots available. We’ll review applications carefully to select a representative and equitable delegate group that reflects the spirit of CCUW*iP.
To apply to CCUW*iP 2027 as a delegate, please complete both the following forms:

Why submit and abstract?
If the number of students interested in giving a presentation is higher than the number of presentations we can fit in the conference schedule, we will have to consider the quality of abstracts submitted when selecting student presenters.
If we must select student presenters, students interested in giving both a poster and an oral presentation might be given only one of the two formats. Students’ preferred presentation format will be prioritized.
