1. 箭頭符號（三重疊加）

• 方向與前進：三個由深到淺的藍色箭頭，象徵持續推動經濟與政策朝更明確的方向發展。箭頭的疊加意味著策略累積與政策推進的層次感。

• 數據與實證：不同顏色與透明度的交疊，猶如多維度資料的交叉分析，呼應中心「實證研究」的核心精神。

• 協作與連結：三支箭頭並行但略微錯位，象徵跨領域、跨部門的協作，將不同觀點整合成政策建議。

2. 藍色為主色調

• 信任與專業：藍色在視覺心理上與理性、穩定、誠信相連結，符合政策研究與學術單位的形象。

• 國際視野：深淺藍的變化也像全球地圖的海洋色調，隱喻國際經濟議題的廣度。

3. ESPEC 英文縮寫

• 簡潔大寫字體，強化辨識度，也讓學術與國際合作時更容易記憶。

• 粗體 “ESPEC” 與細體 “CCU” 形成層次，將組織名稱與隸屬機構（國立中正大學）視覺區隔。

4. 中正大學校徽

• 校徽位於右下方，象徵該中心的學術根基與母體機構支持。

• 校徽中間的「正」字，與政策的「正確性、正直性」概念相呼應。

5. 中英文並列名稱

• 確保國內外識別度，彰顯研究成果面向國際，也保有本土政策研究的根基。

整體寓意

這個 Logo 傳達了「以科學數據為基礎，結合跨領域專業，推動政策精準前行」的理念，同時展現了穩健專業的形象與國際化視野。(2025/8/15)

Design Concept:

1. Arrow Symbol (Triple Overlay)

• Direction and Progress: Three blue arrows, transitioning from dark to light, symbolize the continuous propulsion of economic and policy development toward a clearer trajectory. The layered arrows represent the accumulation of strategies and the progressive advancement of policies.

• Data and Evidence: The overlapping of varying colors and transparencies evokes the cross-analysis of multidimensional data, reflecting the center's core ethos of “evidence-based research.”

• Collaboration and Connection: The three arrows run parallel yet slightly offset, symbolizing cross-disciplinary and cross-departmental collaboration that integrates diverse perspectives into policy recommendations.

2. Blue as Primary Color

• Trust and Professionalism: Visually, blue evokes rationality, stability, and integrity—aligning with the image of a policy research and academic institution.

• Global Perspective: Shades of blue resemble ocean tones on world maps, metaphorically representing the breadth of international economic issues.

3. ESPEC Acronym

• Concise uppercase font enhances recognition and facilitates memorability in academic and international contexts.

• Bold “ESPEC” and light “CCU” create visual hierarchy, distinguishing the organization name from its parent institution (National Chung Cheng University).

4. National Chung Cheng University Emblem

• Positioned at the bottom right, the emblem symbolizes the center's academic foundation and institutional backing.

• The character “正” (Zheng) at the emblem's center resonates with the concepts of policy ‘correctness’ and “integrity.”

5. Dual-Language Naming

• Ensures recognition domestically and internationally, highlighting research outcomes with global reach while maintaining roots in local policy studies.

Overall Symbolism
