**Passport holders of the People's Republic of China, Hong Kong, or Macau are NOT eligible to apply.
**Current degree-seeking students, exchange, and visiting students in Taiwanese educational institutions are NOT eligible to apply.
The College of Engineering (CoE) would provide opportunities for internships for international students for at least 9 weeks
between June 1 and December 31, 2025.
Individual mentors may have a different definition of intern period. Please refer to each research topic for precise definitions.
The program fee and registration fee will be provided by the CoE.
Research topics are offered in two types: (A) Scholarship and (B) Self-funded.
For type-A, CCU offers a scholarship of around NT$ 12,000 per month, covering on-campus accommodation, living expenses, and partial airfare. It is the standard amount, and the total amount may be amended by the project mentor based on the program budget and the interns' performance.
For type-B, intern students will be fully responsible for their own expenses during the internship period.

Read the requirements of each research topic carefully. Each applicant can have at most 3 priorities about the preferred research topics.

Submit a ZIP-compressed file with all the application materials to our DIA (Division of International Affairs) at coleng_dia@ccu.edu.tw.
The title of the e-mail please be marked with “Application for 2025 CCU/CoE International Internship”.
**Application without application form or materials will be regarded as incomplete and will not be further notified or reviewed.
February 8 until March 16, 2025.
The submitted documents will be reviewed by the project mentors of applicants' choices according to their preference list.
The assessment of applications is based on the following criteria: (1) GPA, (2) prior technical experience, (3) future research plan, and (4) language proficiency.
The CoE will announce the review results to the applicants individually by email no later than April 9, 2025.
