本中心由管理學院各學系推派一位教師組成執行委員會，中心主任由院長指派。另外，本中心亦敦聘數位校內外專家擔任諮詢委員，提供中心運作及發展建議。

The Center’s Executive Committee consists of one faculty member nominated by each department of the College of Management, and the Center Director is appointed by the Dean. In addition, the Center has invited several experts from both within and outside the university to serve as advisory committee members, who provide recommendations on the Center’s operations and development.
