The troop must be out of the campsite by noon. Scouts should be back to AGIS around 12:30. We will communicate our departure time via text as we leave Horseshoe.
For families picking up at Horseshoe on Saturday:
Pick up time will be 11:30 am ~ if time changes, Tom will communicate via text
Pick up will be in the main parking lot
For families NOT picking up from Horseshoe:
Pick up will be at AGIS ~ around 12:30

Please complete the CCCBSA Facility and Property User Consent, Waiver & Release and bring it with you to camp. These forms will be collected prior to departure. (This form can be found in the attached Operational Plan.)

a coil of rope or string for a clothesline
snacks
closed toes shoes for the pool and shower
to print out the packets for your merit badge
