1. Contact your ScoutMaster for approval and obtain a signed blue card.
2. Ask your ScoutMaster for contact information for an approved Merit Badge Counselor.
3. Contact a Merit Badge Counselor prior to beginning any work.
4. Follow the Merit Badge Counselor's specific instructions.
5. Obtain your counselor's signature on your blue card when all requirements are completed.
Note: Counselors may not sign your blue card if you completed any requirements prior to contacting them.
6. Turn in your blue card to the Troop Advancement Coordinator ~ Mrs. Davis.
If you are in need of a Board of Review for Rank Advancement, you MUST contact the committee prior to the Scout Meeting.
