HOW MUCH DOES IT TAKE TO MAINTAIN THE ROADS ANNUALLY?

While every year brings different challenges, we need $40,000 per year to ensure the road remains in good condition.  With the increased building in the community we have noticed additional road damage from heavy trucks and equipment.   The frequency of our contribution requests is determined by our financial needs.  Remember, we cannot contract any work unless we have the money in the bank!

WHY DO YOU INCLUDE CONTRIBUTOR NAMES ON YOUR MAILINGS?

We think it is important to recognize those that have contribute toward our roads.  Most of the homeowners do contribute.  On the flip side, community members can figure out who is not contributing.  Let's face it - No one wants to spend money on the road!  But if we don't take care of our road with annual contributions our property values will suffer, our cars will always be dusty (and muddy when it rains), and dodging potholes will make traveling dangerous.
