We are glad you are here! We are working on ways to help introduce new skiers/snowboarders to the mountain. We currently do not have a lesson program set up, but our parent volunteers are happy to talk you through options available at Wintergreen or Massanutten. We will try to meet you on the mountain and get you oriented to the site, how to purchase a lift ticket, rent equipment or sign up for lessons. It can feel pretty overwhelming when it is new (and sometimes when you have done it for years!). There is a lot of gear and new things to learn, but kids pick it up really quickly and generally love it. It is a great way to be outside in the winter and families often enjoy participating together. Gear can be rented for a day, a season or purchased used or new. Email us with ANY questions!
