Monarch Watch
Our school's habitat is a registered monarch way-station, or habitat that benefits and provides shelter, larval growth, and food for the monarch.
This group has been helpful in providing guidance in the management and preservation of our habitat.
Michigan Prescribed Fire Council
This group has been helpful in providing guidance in the management and preservation of our habitat.
This group has awarded us with two grants. One in the Spring of 2022 that allowed us to plant over 50 Swamp Milkweed plugs and another in the fall of 2022 that helped us secure 1 acre worth of native seed that we are using to repopulate areas within the habitat.
