A. As the current Grade 9 Representative of my batch, it’s very normal to have concerns, issues, and certain problems brought up to me. So whenever a concern is brought up to me, I will always [put myself] into their position. [...] Well, not to worry, every concern is valuable, every single feelings are validated, and every single concern can be brought up into a serious discussion. Of course, there are a series of steps, such as talking to the teachers, and of course, creating solutions in order to create a more student-friendly [and] an enabling, welcoming bond and environment in our batch.
