Q. Why should students trust you with responsibilities over others?

A. Because of my open communication and kindness toward my batchmates. I think that being kind—being open to others and being welcoming are one of the most important attributes of in being a leader. In that way, opinions will be respected and our fellow batchmates will be welcomed and express their full potential, being themselves.
