IMPORTANT DATES & DEADLINES
EVALUATION PERIOD: November 1, 2024 – October 31, 2025
Management evaluation period: November 1, 2025 – December 4, 2025
Submission of evaluations to HR: No later than December 5, 2025
HR & CEO review evaluations & return to departments: Upon receipt through December 19, 2025
Deadline for Managers to discuss evaluations with employees: January 5, 2026
Final evaluation with employee signature due to HR: January 9, 2026
Timely Submission Reminder: The sooner evaluation forms are submitted to HR for review, the sooner they can be approved, giving you more time to meet with your employees for meaningful, one-on-one discussions. Prompt submissions help ensure a smooth, effective evaluation process, allowing both managers and employees ample time to prepare for the next performance period.
Our performance evaluation matrix provides a clear breakdown of each rating level, from '1 - Unsatisfactory' to '5 - Outstanding,' across key evaluation criteria. Each rating reflects how employees embody CCRTA’s core values in areas like accuracy, reliability, communication, and cultural awareness.
