Composition
The Oversight Committee is constituted on the basis of a core set of skills and expertise required to oversee the grant. Specifically, these core skills and areas of expertise are as follows:
Disease-specific expertise covering each of the three diseases
Finance expertise
Programmatic expertise
PSM expertise
CSO/KP engagement expertise
Additionally, there will be a Chair and a Vice-Chair and the Chair will be a CCM member. Total membership should be no more than 9 people.

Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Oversight Committee are to:
Meet with the PRs on a quarterly basis (prior to CCM meetings) to review grant progress and provide strategic direction
Conduct oversight site visits to identify implementation challenges and bottlenecks on the ground
Oversee the implementation of key grant risk mitigations
Make recommendations (to the CCM) to take corrective action to resolve grant bottlenecks that the implementers cannot resolve by themselves
