Rules

To ensure that graduation night will be fun and incident-free, we ask parents and graduates to help keep everyone safe by adhering to the following rules and expectations.

EXPECTATIONS

While All Night Live is not a school-sponsored event, school rules still apply. We ask that graduates be respectful to the adults staffing the event, to their fellow graduates, and to school property.

RULES

Graduates must arrive between 9:30 and 10:00 pm.

It will be an exhausting night for everyone, so for everyone’s safety, graduates may NOT drive to All Night Live, but must be dropped-off, and picked-up from, the event by a parent/guardian. Carpools, driven by a parent/guardian, are encouraged.

Graduates must check their bags, phones and all belongings upon arrival. Access to these items is granted throughout the night as needed, supervised by event volunteers.

No outside food or drinks, including energy drinks/shots, are permitted.

This is an alcohol and drug-free event. Attendees may be subject to Preliminary Breath Testing (PBT) aka “breathalyzer” testing at the discretion of event staff. The parent/guardian will be called to come pick up a graduate if s/he is found to be under the influence, is disruptive, or is engaging in unsafe behavior.

Graduates, regardless of age, may NOT leave All Night Live without permission and transportation by a parent/guardian. Student must be signed-out by parent/guardian prior to departure.

A parent/guardian or designated adult must be available from 10 pm to 5 am. If the adult cannot be reached and a graduate needs to be removed from the event, s/he may be transported to the Concord Police station or Emerson Hospital as the situation requires.

In purchasing a ticket, the graduate and parent/guardian agree to the rules and expectations for All Night Live as outlined above and hold harmless the All Night Live Committee, its staff, volunteers, vendors, and Concord-Carlisle Regional School District.
