Over 30 years of a super-fun overnight celebration on Graduation night!
All Night Live is for CCHS graduating seniors ONLY. Typically, 90% of the graduating class attends the event. Tickets must be purchased in advance. (Need-based scholarships are available. Please email the Co-Chairs for more information.)
The event is held at Concord-Carlisle High School on the cafeteria level.
The night is full of activities, food, prizes, music and entertainment. We transform the school through decoration, lighting and furniture so that the space is barely recognizable. We do our best to keep the itinerary a surprise for the graduates. We intentionally don't take or share photos of the event and ask the seniors not to tell the younger students and siblings the details.
Graduation night from 9:30pm - 5:00am.
Our goal is to provide a safe, fun environment for graduates to celebrate with their classmates. While All Night Live is not a school-sponsored event, school rules still apply. We ask that graduates be respectful to the adults staffing the event, to their fellow graduates, and to school property.
In addition to dozens of parent volunteers, we have police officers and an EMT on-site keeping students safe, as unobtrusively as possible.
It is essential that everyone, graduates AND parents, cooperate and abide by the rules and expectations of All Night Live as listed below. Please contact chairs@cchsallnightlive.org with any questions.
Graduates must arrive between 9:30 and 10:00 pm.
Graduates may NOT drive to All Night Live. A parent/guardian must drop off and pick up . Carpools, driven by a parent/guardian, are encouraged.
Graduates must check their bags, phones and all belongings upon arrival. Access to these items is granted throughout the night as needed, supervised by event volunteers. We encourage you to bring as little as possible!
No outside food or drinks, including energy drinks/shots or refillable water bottles, are permitted.
A parent/guardian or designated adult must be available from 10 pm to 5 am. If the adult cannot be reached and a graduate needs to be removed from the event, they may be transported to the Concord Police station or Emerson Hospital as the situation requires.
This is an alcohol and drug-free event. Attendees may be subject to Preliminary Breath Testing (PBT) aka “breathalyzer” testing at the discretion of event staff. The parent/guardian will be called to come pick up a graduate if they are found to be under the influence, is disruptive, or is engaging in unsafe behavior.
Graduates, regardless of age, may NOT leave All Night Live without permission and transportation by a parent/guardian. Student must be signed-out by parent/guardian prior to departure.
In purchasing a ticket, the graduate and parent/guardian agree to the rules and expectations for All Night Live as outlined above and hold harmless the All Night Live Committee, its staff, volunteers, vendors, and Concord-Carlisle Regional School District.
