Add yourself and your peers to one of the databases for under-represented acts in Australasia. The more information you supply, the better. Make it easy for someone who's curious about you, just like you would for potential fans.

Reach out to promoters and bookers of all sizes. There's a misperception that promoters chase down all of their talent; the reality is that in addition to agent & management approaches, many artists contact promoters directly - but often the artists who are missing from the lineups are not among them. Do this. It may take a season or two for you to get traction, but put yourself out there.
Participate where there is representation. Advocate where there is not. Add an Inclusion Rider to your performance agreement.
Familiarise yourself with the different support acts that are out there. Bring them on as support. Expose new talent!
TALK TO YOUR PEERS. TALK TO YOUR AGENT. TALK TO YOUR MANAGER. Ask them what they're seeing and what they're doing. Conversations can change the world.
