值班家長須知

Please Note: 

• Parents-On-Duty must be at School at 8:30 AM and cannot leave until 12:40 PM. 

• 值班家长在8:30来到学校值班到12:40离开

• $80 will be deducted from the deposit if parent doesn’t show on the scheduled parent-on-duty date. 

• 没有按照安排大时间来值班的家長,  将会从中文学校押金里扣除$80, 最后返还押金将只有$20，學 期需要補交$80

Checklist for parent to do on the parent-on-duty date:

1. Arrive at 8:30 (請于早上8：30來到學校)

2. Set desks and chairs for Classroom 104 (4 tables, 8 chairs), 105 (2 tables, 4 chairs), 106 (3 tables 6 chairs); and for room 203 (3 big tables and 6 chairs) before 9:00am. All tables and chairs are at room 104. （請把各個教室裏的桌椅擺好，所有桌椅都在104教室：在104 教室擺好4張桌子，8張椅子；105教室2張桌子，4張椅子；106教室三張桌子，六張椅子，樓上203教室有桌椅，請把3張桌子，6張椅子擺好）

3. Ring bell at the Bell time （按照打鈴時間打鈴）

4. Notify next week’s parent to remind their on-duty time (電話通知下周值班家長)

5. Escort children to Building A during chapel time, and escort children back （護送孩子們去教會A樓並護送回來）

6. Move all tables and chairs back to room 104 after Chinese classes at 12:30pm. （把一層各個教室的桌椅在12：30課結束后搬回104教室，擺放好）
