This inquiry considers the interplay among image, sound, and text to tell stories via video. After studying key concepts in video storytelling, elements of composition, and basic film editing, you will create a 3-5 minute micro-documentary focused on a phenomenon particular to a digital community or digital platform you use in your everyday life. You will also explore online venues for publishing your films, including YouTube, Vimeo, Cowbird, and Explory.

Please note: This inquiry will require you to edit your films using iMovie or Movie Maker (both are free).
