My name is Anna Vrolijk, and I am a dual enrollment student from Glynn Academy. I am officially a high school student, but I take college classes through the College of Coastal Georgia to receive college credit and expand my level of academic opportunity and achievement. Other than prioritizing school, I enjoy visual arts like drawing and painting, playing sports such as tennis, and traveling. The second picture on the right is my sister and me in Paris, France last summer. Traveling through Europe was one of my favorite trips!
This semester, I have researched Inequalities in the Economy. This topic is very significant to my generation and me because it will directly affect us as we begin to enter the workforce. Understanding how the economy discriminates applicants and/or workers and what we can do about it is very important and needs to be discussed. I find this issue very concerning, and I believe everyone deserves equal opportunity and treatment.
