2023 Prices and 2023 Contract
HALL RENTAL (includes table and chairs, and a full kitchen with two refrigerators, oven, stove, microwave and large utility sink)
CCERA Members $375
Non-members $775
All hall rentals require a $350 cleaning/damage deposit. Renters are responsible for all cleaning and trash disposal prior to checkout.
POOL RENTAL (8 pm-Midnight)
CCERA Members $275
Non-Members $550
All pool rentals require $75 per lifeguard required. Number of lifeguards required is based on the number of people at the pool, whether they are swimming or not.
If a renter is serving alcohol of any kind, the renter MUST obtain a one-day liquor licence through Anne Arundel County.
