The Conference is made possible by the White Earth Child Care/Early Childhood Programs and the Communities Collaborative Committee.  The committee is made up of White Earth RBC programs, White Earth Tribal Council, WE RBC Education Department, Indigenous Ecuation for All, White Earth Early Childhood Initiative, White Earth Tribal Public Health, White Earth WIC Agency, White Earth Tribal and Community College, Shooting Star Casino, Child Care Aware of MN local regions, Local School Districts, Northwest Minnesota Foundation, Northern Light Library Network, MN Tribal Resources for Early Childhood Care (MNTRECC), MAHUBE-OTWA Community Action, Lakes and Prairies Community Action (CAPLP).
