Group Reservation Process
After creating a group reservation, Camper Care or the front desk team member will email the campgrounds’ manager using manager@campatCAMPGROUNDNAME.com (manager@campathiddencreek.com).
You will provide them with the following information:
· Group name
· Date of reservation
· Size of group (# of sites)
· Expiration date
This will help the manager not only prepare for upcoming groups by staffing accordingly, but also the manager will be able to review the group reservation and call the Wagon Master if there are additional sites in the group that need claim before the expiration date.
The expiration date should be set on a discretional basis using the following structure:
· Groups of 3-5 sites: 2 weeks
· Groups of 6-10 sites: 3 weeks
· Groups of 11-15: 1 month
· Groups of 16+ sites: 1.5 months
Wagon Master
The Wagon Master is the person who initiates setting up a group reservation. For groups of 16+ sites, we will provide the Wagon Master a comped RV site. To achieve this, after creating the group reservation, you will check to claim the Wagon Master’s site. You will then navigate to the billing tab and remove the group promo code applied and replace it with WagonMaster **It is not all caps like other promo codes**
