Felicia is 37 years old and was reported missing by family today, but left on July 31. Felicia suffers from cerebral palsy and uses leg braces and a cane. She now has pink and purple hair. 

She will probably be driving her 2010 Nissan Xterra (CO 438-NCQ). Call 911 if seen.
