Activation: MIPA alert-Colorado Springs Police Department-James Mayer, 58 year old, Native American male, 5'10", 220 lbs., brown eyes, and brown hair was last seen on 10/3/25 at approximately 0000 hours, in the 5600 Block of Pulpit Peak Vw. in Colorado Springs, CO, after leaving the Grandview Hospital. James' vehicle was located in the parking of the hospital. There is no known clothing description of James and he is not answering his cell phone. James has a Devil Tattoo on one of his biceps. ACTIVATION

MIPA - Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) 

Enfinity Rodriguez, 14-year-old, indigenous female, 5'01"/150 lbs, brown eyes and brown hair, was last seen on foot near the 2800 block of S Circle Drive in Colorado Springs, Colorado, on 09/22/2025 at 1445 hours. Enfinity's right nostril is pierced. There are mental health concerns; approach with caution.

Navaeh Nightwalker, 16-year-old Indigenous female with brown hair and brown eyes, 5'05"/140 lbs, was last seen around the block of 4200 North Shoshone Street in Denver, Colorado.

MIPA ALERT ACTIVATION:

Conrad Silas, described as an Indigenous male with black hair and brown eyes, 5'06"/180 lbs, was last seen in the area of the 540 bloack of Mountain Sage Road in Towaoc, Colorado.

Conrad Silas was last seen wearing blue jeans, black jacket and black beanie, and has multiple tattoos on his arms and body.

Alexis Brown Otter, described as a 19-year-old Indigenous female with brown hair and brown eyes, 5'02"/114 lbs., was last seen on June 27, 2024.

Janika Sierra, described as a 15-year-old Indigenous female, 5'02"/110 lbs with black hair and brown eyes, was last seen in the Windsor, Colorado area on October 18, 2024 at approximately 9:00 PM.

Janika Sierra was last seen wearing a red and black flannel shirt, Nike high top shoes, and carrying a backpack. Janika may be in the Greeley, Colorado area and frequents Farr Park in Greeley.

Jayla Gallegos, described as a 15-year-old Indigenous female with brown hair, hazel eyes, 5'05"/112 lbs. was last seen on September 20, 2025, at 1045 PM in the 1000 block of Valkenburg Drive, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80907. Gallegos was last seen wearing all dark color clothing and had a red bag with her.  She has two tattoos located on her chest.  Gallegos may be traveling with two other juvenile females and trying to get to Mesa County, Colorado.

Heather Rae Janis, described as a 44-year-old Indigenous female with brown eyes and brown hair that has been dyed blonde, 5'05"/165 lbs, was last seen on Sunday, July 6, 2025.

Heather Rae Janis was last seen in the area of the 7800 block of East Smith Road in Denver, Colorado.

Nelson Franceschi III, described as a 15-year-old Indigenous male with brown hair, brown eyes, 5'09"/140 lbs. was last seen on September 18, 2025, at 8:15 PM in the 7000 block of Eagle Canyon Drive, Colorado Springs, Colorado.  Nelson was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, cream hoodie, blue jeans, and white shoes. Alexes Hamilton, described as a 33-year-old Indigenous female with brown eyes, brown hair, 5'02"/110 lbs, was last heard from by her family in June 5, 2025.

Alexes Hamilton could possibly be in the Colorado Springs, Pueblo, or La Junta area in Colorado.

Activation

Austin Meissner, described as a 31-year-old Indigenous female with brown hair, brown eyes, 5'08"/180 lbs was last seen on September 11, 2025, in the 700 block of 8th Street in Colorado Springs, Colorado.  It is unknown what Meissner was last seen wearing. She does have a tattoo of wolf paw prints and was last seen carrying a backpack.
