Active Missing Indigenous Person Alerts

ACTIVATION - Michael Davis (15-Year-Old Indigenous Male) was last seen on 12/11/25 at about 0800 hours in the area of the 700 block of S. Lipan Street in Denver, CO. Michael is affiliated with the Athabascan tribe. He is 5/10", 130 lbs, with brown eyes and brown hair.  Michael’s last clothing is unknown, but Michael does wear glasses.

Missing Indigenous Person Alert Activation

Lance Powless, described as an Indigenous male with long black hair, brown eyes, 5'10"/175 lbs, was last seen on 11/25/2025. 

Lance Powless is associated with the Odanah Reservation and was last seen wearing a dark jacket and a black baseball hat. Lance has three scars around his belly button and may be in the Denver, Colorado area.

Alexis Brown Otter, described as a 19-year-old Indigenous female with brown hair and brown eyes, 5'02"/114 lbs., was last seen on June 27, 2024.

ACTIVATION

MIPA - Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) 

Enfinity Rodriguez, 14-year-old, indigenous female, 5'01"/150 lbs, brown eyes and brown hair, was last seen on foot near the 2800 block of S Circle Drive in Colorado Springs, Colorado, on 09/22/2025 at 1445 hours. Enfinity's right nostril is pierced. There are mental health concerns; approach with caution.

MIPA ALERT ACTIVATION:

Conrad Silas, described as an Indigenous male with black hair and brown eyes, 5'06"/180 lbs, was last seen in the area of the 540 bloack of Mountain Sage Road in Towaoc, Colorado.

Conrad Silas was last seen wearing blue jeans, black jacket and black beanie, and has multiple tattoos on his arms and body.

Alexes Hamilton, described as a 33-year-old Indigenous female with brown eyes, brown hair, 5'02"/110 lbs, was last heard from by her family in June 5, 2025.

Alexes Hamilton could possibly be in the Colorado Springs, Pueblo, or La Junta area in Colorado.
