Previous ARC Recommendations:
07/23/24: The ARC recommended conceptual approval with the details to be worked out at the staff level. The ARC stated that the guardrails should be setback a minimum of 16” from all edges but can be adjusted for the pavers. The guardrails at the fourth floor Church St elevation should be further setback, become a solid parapet wall, or other design to further minimize the visibility of the new roof deck.
