(1) When is the change from Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices to Coldwell Banker Envision effective?
The change is effective Monday, November, 10 2025. This means effective this date any contracts you enter with your clients should be under Coldwell Banker Envision.
(2) Does anything change on the Department of Real Estate and do I need to take any action ?
No. Our Corporation License number does not change (DRE #02211662). You do not have to take any action on the Department of Real Estate. We have registered the DBA to Coldwell Banker Envision on the Department of Real Estate, which is a critical step in using the new company name.
(3) Will I need to issue my clients a modification of terms?
Yes, but only for currently active listings and Buyer Representation (BRBC) taken before Monday, November 10, 2025. If your listing is in escrow, you do not need a modification of terms. You do not need to issue a modification of terms to your purchase contracts or BRBC.

(4) Does anything change on the MLS?
Yes, but you do not have to take any action. We have notified the MLS of the change in our company name and it will reflect on our MLS.
(5) When will I get access to CB Desk (Coldwell Banker's Resource Center which replaces the BHHS Resource Center)
On Monday, November 10 at approximately 11:30 am (PST) you would have received (2) emails.
The first email providing you with your username to CB Desk:

The second email providing you with your temporary username to CB Desk:
access@cbhomeoffice.com ; subject line: CB Desk - Follow-up
The temporary password you are issued is only good for 24 hours. It will have to be re-issued to you if you do not access within 24 hours. Please email info@envisioncb.com to get your password re-issued.
In the email request you MUST include: Name and branch location

(6) What is CB Desk?

(7) How do I update my ZipForms?
You will need to update your ZipForms to the new company name. Please see link below with instructions on how you can do that.
