Calling on all researchers who study causality, run experiments or perform observational studies in the presence of networks!
Networked Causal Inference and Design of Experiments Symposium at NetSci 2018 and the University of Chicago Center in Paris.
Submissions will be accepted until the workshop is full. Those submitting by April 9th will receive a decision by April 15th. Later submissions will be considered on a rolling basis.
1. Overview
We are happy to announce the call for abstracts (for contributed talks and posters) for the first ever symposium on Networked Causal Inference and Design of Experiments at NetSci 2018 in Paris. The symposium will be held on June 11th and June 12th, 2018 and will feature invited and contributed talks, a poster session and discussion panels on the future of networks, causal inference and experimental design. All attendees of the first day of the symposium must be registered for the NetSci2018 conference in order to attend---the second day will be held off site and only requires an RSVP.
2. Call for abstracts
We invite abstracts of new and/or previously published work for contributed talks and posters to take place at the symposium. We invite theoreticians, methodologists, applies scientists and all others interested in how networks affect our inferences. Potential topics include:
