π Focus: Linguistic research in the field
The CauLaGe Summer Program is an intensive linguistic expedition. Participants will engage in fieldwork, linguistic analysis, and workshops led by experts in the field. While it is focused on a Caucasian language, the program is open to anyone who wants to gain hands-on experience in language documentation and analysis while working closely with native speakers.

πΉ Team-based work with native speakers of Tsova-Tush
πΉ Hands-on linguistic analysis (morphosyntax, phonology, semantics)
πΉ Excursions & cultural immersion
Registration fee: 50 euros for students, 150 euros for others (e.g. post-docs, professors, etc)
Transportation to Zemo Alvani, Georgia: left to your own appreciation as it depends on where you'll be coming from and how you'll travel
Food (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and board in Zemo Alvani for 14 days : around 600 euros
Accepted applicants who are students currently affiliated with a Georgian university will have food and board entirely funded by the program (if they ask for financial support). Other accepted applicants may express an interest in applying for financial support (in the application form), however note that our funds are very limited.
All applicants are strongly encouraged to aggressively look for and actively apply for their own funding.Β
