Regional History Day Overview
Catskill Regional History Day is a part of New York State History Day, which in turn is part of National History Day. The Catskill Regional History Day has been organized and run by the Catskill Regional Teacher Center for over 10 years.
The Catskill Regional History Day Competition is an highly anticipated and prestigious event in our region.
Students from various schools gather to showcase their knowledge and understanding of historical events and figures.
Provides a platform for young historians to demonstrate their research and analytical skills.
Fosters a sense of community and camaraderie among participating schools.

December 1st at 12:00am: Catskill Regional Competition Registration Begins
December 13th at 4:30pm: Judge Recruitment & Training
January 10th at 5:00pm: History Day Teacher Walkthrough with Zfairs/Expectations
January 17th at 5:00pm: History Day Teacher Walkthrough with Zfairs/Expectations
February 7th at 4:00pm: History Day Teacher Appointments
February 24th at 11:59pm: Catskill Regional Competition Registration Ends
February 28th at 6:00pm: Judge Training Session
