1. Scheduling and Cancellations

• Lessons will be scheduled in advance, via text or email

• Please give prior notice for cancellations, there is a $15 late fee for lessons cancelled within 2 hours of the scheduled lesson

• Missed lessons without notice must still be paid for

• Lessons may or may not be rescheduled, depending on that week's schedule

• If applicable, lessons held at the student's house will have an additional $5 fee

2. Payment

• Payment forms include cash, Zelle, or Venmo

• Lessons will be paid for at the start of every lesson

3. Materials and Equipment

• Students are expected to bring their own saxophone (including a neck strap and multiple reeds)

• Students will be given printed out materials and may be asked to purchase other materials

4. Miscellaneous

• Recording: Lessons may be recorded for educational purposes, please communicate if any students would not like to be recorded

• Parental supervision: Parents must be present at the start and end of lessons, additionally parents may be occasionally asked to sit in on lessons
