My Style
My supervision style is casual and conversation based focusing on topics presented by the supervisee. I am intentional about integrating social work ethics, best practices, theory, and frameworks into the dialogue. I believe that supervision should be a space in which social workers can explore the intersectionality of their identities and working across differences. As a supervisor I will provide feedback in the form of resources and support.
Board Requirements
I follow the supervision guidelines set forth by MN Board of Social Work for non-clinical practice.
LSW & LGSW - 100 hours is required
At least 50 hours must be individual (25 must be in person)
Remaining 50 can be individual or group
My Fee
Individual = $45.00 per session
Group = $45.00 per session
BIPOC Group Supervision
My supervision group is a exclusively for non-clinical BIPOC social workers. The purpose for a BIPOC only group is to allow for us to have a professional space where we can fearlessly dialogue, reflect, consult, network and provide mutual aid on professional experiences that impact us and those that we work with (colleagues & client populations).
Availability
Individual = 1 opening (evenings)
Group = 4 openings
