I am a Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW) in Minnesota with more than ten years of experience working with youth, families, and communities. I am deeply committed to the development of asset based solutions and strategies that directly benefit Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC).
I have experience designing, implementing, managing, and evaluating youth programs in community agencies, schools, and local government. I specialize in cross system collaboration and community driven solutions to solve systemic problems.
I currently manage BrookLynk, a youth workforce development program directed by the cities of Brooklyn Park and Brooklyn Center, teach in the School of Social Work at the University of St. Thomas and coordinate the Minneapolis network of Black Girls in Social Work.
