  MY REFLECTION

This semester has been particularly enriching, as it focused heavily on group work and collaboration. Through various group activities, I not only gained valuable insights into leadership but also experienced the importance of ensuring that no team member was left behind. We worked together as a cohesive group, fostering an environment of mutual support and respect. This collaborative approach reinforced the essence of teamwork in achieving common goals and improving outcomes, whether in academics or professional practice.

Moreover, this semester provided an opportunity to build meaningful relationships within my group. These friendships have become a source of emotional support and camaraderie, which are especially important when you are away from your family.
