Mr. Ehab will distribute the 28 Standard policies to the staff to explain them every Thursday
10 Minutes talk ( discussion between the staff regarding every day's cases)

The lectures will be every 2 weeks

TAVI loading training Program will be for (Hala, Abdelrahman, Ibrahim, Tarek, Hussein & Amgad).
TAVI Scrub and circulate Program will be for (Nour, Seif, Mabrouk & Kamal).
There will be Store rotation for (Abdelrahman, Ibrahim, Tarek, Hussein, and Amgad & Seif) to be aware of the store contents and the consumable requests, the assigned nurse for this month is Mr Tarek.
The scores of specific or the core competencies will be graded by the preceptor's feedback and follow up the results to make an action plan to upgrade the results.
Make a report regarding our vision for the Cath lab unit this year including your name, title, number of staff, new events, and KPIs…….. (English or Arabic) and send it via email Mr. Ehab, Due date 20/6/2022.
In Pacemakers, we will prepare our table and open all of them except the PM basin before calling the case, when calling the case, the scrub nurse starts sterilizing and preparing the patient and allow the contact time (15 minutes) and in PM cases, there will be 3 persons in the room who are the scrub nurse, circulate nurse and another assistant.
Anytime delaying happened should be documented in the timing paper.
Safe call is done before the case immediately not at the beginning of the shift for all cases.
If the charge is scrubbed in case, the rest of the team should facilitate the calling ist like calling the next case and making the safe call ……
Islam will be with Abdelrahman in infection control.
Not allowed the assigned nurse to leave the room till the patient is transferred from the unit.
All staff are not allowed to be in one room, the control room should contain at least one person in it.
The Nurse aid should distribute the box of consumables by themselves.
