The cath-lab Department provides cardiac diagnostic therapeutic services for the inpatient and outpatient population. services are provided in all direct patient care.

The patient population served by the department consists of newborn, pediatric, adult patients requiring cardiac, testing or treatment to maintain optimum physiological maintenance of the cardiac system. 

Procedures performed by the department include but are not limited to coronary angiography diagnostic and therapeutic coronary catheterizations. The department also covers all cardiac catheter-based heart valve procedures.

The department also covers 24 hours services for the STEMI patients coverage, electrophysiology (EPS) services are also covered.
