GAHAR 

At 10th /11th of April 2022, we had a visit from GAHAR surveyor for standards orientation. We gratefully passed registration and in preparation for the accreditation. 

We have positive feedback about all daily work, system and over all the unit, they attend a case's time out and almost complete procedure and they were impressed and satisfied. 

Finally we have area of improvement (crash cart trolley) lower part was incompletely locked so we will  replace it with whole locked one.
