You just finished your training! Great job!
Before you do something really fun, let's talk about your adventure through the training stations.
Share one new thing you learned, like how loops, conditionals, or algorithms work.
Talk about a challenge you faced. How did you solve it?
What was your favorite part of the coding stations? Did you create something you found really cool?
Now, you're ready to take what you've learned and make your own cool project in Scratch.Â
You may work with a partner or by yourself.
Here's your fun mission:
Think of a Fun Idea: Sit down with your partner and talk about what you want to make. It could be a story, a game, or even a cartoon. You can draw your ideas on paper to help you imagine them better. Think about the algorithm or the steps you need to make your idea work.
Plan It Out: Decide who the characters are, where your story happens, and what animations, moves or changes you will use. Think about how to make things happen, like loops and choices or conditionals.
Make It Happen: Now you get to use Scratch to create your story, game, or cartoon. It's okay if you have to try things a few times to get them right. Remember, making mistakes is how we learn, and even the best creators, programmers or coders have to fix things as they go.

When you're done, you'll share your project with the class. Talk about how you made your project and what you used to make things work (like loops and conditionals).
