What is Artificial Intelligence?

Artificial Intelligence, or A.I., is the ability of a computer to think and learn on its own. It's a cool part of computer science that lets machines do tasks almost as smartly as humans. Instead of following strict rules, A.I. systems can learn from data, adapt to changing situations, and make choices without being told exactly what to do. The way A.I. learns is a bit like how you learn new things every day!

Artificial intelligence is a tool, much like other types of new technologies. It's like having a super smart high-tech sidekick that can learn and adapt to help us with various tasks, assisting us in solving problems and making our life easier. It learns and grows smarter as it helps us in our daily lives. That's what A.I. can be for us!  Just like any tool, it can be incredibly beneficial, but it is important to use it responsibly. Just like we use tools to build things or create art, A.I. is a tool that helps us, making things more efficient, creative, and sometimes even a bit magical.

A.I. is all around us, and whether you realize it or not, people use artificial intelligence every single day. Although A.I. is already being used, experts in computer science predict that artificial intelligence will become even more common in the future. Because of this, many jobs will require us to understand how A.I. works so we can solve significant problems. 

How is A.I. helping to solve problems around the world? 

Let's explore some innovations in A.I.  Let’s look at an example of how AI can help include people who are sometimes left out of the latest technology.

4. What might happen unexpectedly if people use this app? For instance, how could it be helpful in a different way, or it might cause problems for users?
