These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the CatchCat mobile application (“App”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of the App

CatchCat is an entertainment application that allows users to discover, photograph, collect, and track cats through interactive gameplay features.

You may use the App only in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms.

User Content

You retain ownership of the photos you upload to the App.

By uploading photos, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, display, and use the content solely for providing and operating the App.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload any content you submit.

You agree not to upload content that:

• Violates applicable laws.

• Infringes intellectual property rights.

• Contains harmful, abusive, or unlawful material.

• Violates the privacy rights of others.

Safety Disclaimer

The App may encourage users to explore real-world locations.

You are solely responsible for your safety while using the App.

Always:

• Follow local laws and regulations.

• Respect private property.

• Remain aware of your surroundings.

• Avoid using the App while driving or engaging in activities requiring full attention.

We are not responsible for injuries, accidents, damages, or losses resulting from the use of the App.

Cat Recognition Disclaimer

CatchCat may include automated cat detection, recognition, classification, or similar features.

Such results are generated automatically and may not always be accurate.

We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any recognition results provided by the App.

Subscriptions

Certain features may require an active subscription.

Subscriptions are purchased through Apple’s App Store and are billed to your Apple ID account.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account Settings.

Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple’s policies.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, design, graphics, trademarks, logos, and content, is owned by CatchCat or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the App without prior written permission.

Availability

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or remove any feature of the App at any time without prior notice.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CatchCat and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable laws.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated versions will be posted with a revised “Last updated” date.

Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles.
