Catgirl is really fast; she slides from wall-to-wall in the blink of an eye. However, she cannot stop unless she reaches a wall or an obstacle.
Using the walls to move around is the main puzzle element of the game :3

Move [ right > up > left > down > right > up > left ] to complete the level
Even if catgirl gets impaled by the spikes, she will not die.

Catgirl has a few seconds to live. (180/30/10/5 seconds based on difficulty)
Each time she slays another creature, she extends her life by a small amount.
When catgirl runs out of bullets, she can consume her blood to fire additional bullets. Each blood bullet costs 10% of her maximum life. The bullets do 10x damage and can hurt tough enemies (orange and sunny).
To reload her gun, catgirl has to find and touch a golden heart. Other ways to reload include killing a fever, killing an orange and touching a marrow core.

Move catgirl down to begin shooting at the blue pinkies.
When out of ammo, move [ right > up > right > up > repeat ] to reload with a golden heart.
