The main objective of this talk has been to outline the factors to consider when designing the curriculum of a foundation program. Emphasis is given on the constructive alignment of context, student goals, intended learning outcomes, teaching, learning and assessment.
The aim of this presentation was to clearly lay out an EMI-vocational training program context and plan for curriculum design and development as well as providing for faculty Continuous Professional Development needs.
A three-hour workshop to discuss incoming Foundation students' basic literacy development needs and come up with a strategy and plan to meet these needs.
