Feedback and ideas

There has been a lot of feedback from many along the way, here is a summary of things further to consider in this project.

What do I see?

• The purpose of this work is clear - to share student created work in other facets of the school community.
• That Google offers a range of tools that are very useful in the creation and search features of this space
• That any school could use this to better share work within their community

What do I think?

• It would not take long to generate a lot of content here. It would be useful to possibly have a more specific set of criteria for what could be put up here and some ideas about how it could be used.
• It will take a lot of work to keep this up to date and to weed out potential pieces of work that either aren't ideal to be here or that are not correctly labelled so not possible to find
• That the form is long and that possibly the places that we share data (URLs, photos etc) is not the place that staff or student initially share their work
• That some countries (eg. China) block sites and so sharing could be more challenging

What questions do I have?

• How could this become more easy to use by our students (and teachers) in terms of inputting into the data base and also retrieving and looking to see if the work is what the teacher or student was looking for to share or use for conversations?
• That it would be great to harness more Google suite tools - like YouTube - for easier access in spaces that do not restrict use of such tools.
• Student privacy rules - what are the impacts here? Can we share this in a greater community if we have photos or videos that have student in them?
