Below is the Google sheet with responses from the Catalysts Google Form. I made edits to the Form with feedback so some parts of the database sheet will not have information on them as they were updated after submissions. The responses below are from teachers and staff that I know produce content with students and with our Tech Coaches who I feel would drive this project forward.
Below is an Awesome Table that is a super G+ Suite App that allows for a Google spreadsheet to be set up for easy sorting and filtering. (There is a lot that Awesome Tables can do, but I have not utilsed the full capacity, choosing the two specific options - to filter information and to have a click button for viewing the URL of the student catalyst piece if required).
This view allows for users to Filter the work based on what they are looking for - if you are looking for a piece of work that has a particular Student-as-a-Learner focus, then you can filter for this. You can multi-filter if you want something more specific than this.
